Lynn is a wife, a mother of 6, a grandmother of 12, a Certified High-Performance Coach and Home-Based Business Owner, she understands the NEED for Selfcare and Self-Love in one’s daily life.

With a big family comes lots of obligations.  Lynn learned early on in her business that if she wanted to be successful, she had to take time for some "Selfcare".  

So, she implemented a routine that allows her to be ready for the demands of her business and busy family life.

As a High-Performance Coach, she is passionate about transforming lives through her simplified coaching techniques.  After many years of “working for someone else” and as a part-time entrepreneur in the Health and Wellness field, Lynn has utilized her many years of extensive training and personal experience in developing simplified strategies to coach and mentor individuals to become the best version of themselves.

Lynn enables her clients to become more aligned with their life’s purpose and vision and helps them achieve their breakthrough to the next level.  This is an area she sees SO many business owners struggle with.
